What this site is

This site describes the property management services of Property Management of California and lets you request a rental analysis, send an inquiry, or place a call. Blake Hunter is a licensed California real estate broker, DRE #02080766. Using the site does not create a management agreement; management services are provided only under a separately signed agreement.

Rates and examples on this site (for example, the first-year percentage and sample savings) are illustrations for typical homes and are confirmed in writing before any engagement. They are not a binding quote for your specific property.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no submitting false lead information, and no attempts to disrupt or probe the site's infrastructure.
