What we collect

When you submit an owner inquiry, we collect the property address, your name, your email address, and any other details you choose to provide. An email address is required so we can respond; a phone number is optional. If you call a number shown on this site, we may receive your phone number, caller ID information, and call details. Calls may be recorded after a notice plays.

We also collect standard site-usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This may include pages viewed, the referring page, browser and device type, approximate location, interactions with the page, and advertising click identifiers such as Google’s gclid. This information helps us understand which advertising brought a visitor to the site.

The cookies this site sets are first-party and named blk_vid (a random visitor identifier), blk_ft and blk_lt (your first and most recent visit details), and blk_ab (which version of the page you were shown). Our service providers below set their own.

How we use it

We use form information to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss a rental analysis, and provide information about the property management services you requested. We use site and advertising data to measure which advertising brings inquiries and to improve this site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for purposes unrelated to responding to your inquiry, running this site, measuring our advertising, or meeting legal obligations.

Form inquiries are sent to Blake Hunter and Leads for PMs, the marketing agency that operates this site and advertising on our behalf. The service providers listed below process information only as needed to perform their services.

Service providers

We use service providers to run this site: call tracking (WhatConverts), site analytics and session replay (Microsoft Clarity), advertising measurement (Google Ads), site hosting (Vercel), inquiry storage (Supabase), and email delivery of your inquiry (Resend). We also link to a separate resident and owner portal operated through Buildium. Each provider receives information only as needed to perform its service.

Call recording

Calls placed to the tracking numbers on this site are recorded for quality and follow-up. A notice plays before the call connects. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so when we answer or reach us by the form instead.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, and this site does not currently respond to them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested services, maintain appropriate business records, measure our marketing, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or legitimate business purposes. Email blake@pmofcal.com to make a request.
