Our commitment

We want every owner and resident to be able to use this site, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, rely on captions, or need larger text and higher contrast. Housing is not optional, so the way we present it should not be either.

What we have done

This site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a design target. In practice that means text and background colours are checked against the 4.5 to 1 contrast requirement before they ship, buttons and form field boundaries are checked against the 3 to 1 non-text requirement, every content image carries descriptive alternative text while decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology, form fields carry real labels rather than placeholder text alone, the page can be operated from the keyboard with a visible focus indicator, and motion is reduced for visitors whose system asks for that.

What we have not done

We have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit of this site, and we do not claim formal WCAG conformance certification. We would rather tell you that plainly than publish a conformance badge we have not earned.

Third-party content

Some elements of this site come from outside providers, including call tracking and analytics. We do not control the accessibility of code we do not write, though we do choose providers with that in mind.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will fix it. Please describe the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days, and we will give you the information you were looking for by phone or email in the meantime so that a website problem never costs you a rental or an answer.
